Małgorzata Bogucka

Małgorzata has responsibility for sales execution across 7 countries and team of 30 salespeople. Małgorzata has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, both for B2C and B2B. Her main competences include key account and sales management, project management, strategic planning, brand management and product lunches.

At the current position she is responsible for sales execution, talent management and customer satisfaction in the region.

Małgorzata is also a Chair for Women’s Leadership Forum for East Europe, whose mission is to accelerate the inclusion and advancement of all women.

Małgorzata graduated Warsaw School of Economic.

She is married with 3 children. Loves practicing sports, travelling, and watching movies.
