1 How to find my ticket?

The ticket was sent to you by e-mail (from the address registration@womenintechsummit.pl) after registration. It is also available from the order page. If you have a problem with collecting the ticket, please contact: registration@womenintechsummit.pl

2 I paid for entrance to the event but did not receive a ticket. What should I do?

After purchasing a ticket at the event website, you will receive an e-mail titled “Welcome to Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit 2023!”, containing a “Fill your profile” button. Only after filling in your data, you will receive another e-mail with the ticket. If you have problems with downloading your ticket, please contact: registration@womenintechsummit.pl

3 I have an “in-person” ticket, can I participate in the event both on-site at EXPO XXI and w online, and what does it entitle me to?

Yes, an “in-person” ticket does entitle you to participate in the event both on-site at EXPO XXI in Warsaw and online via the Swapcard platform.

4 What does the “in-person” ticket entitle me to?

An in-person ticket entitles you to participate on-site in Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit (14-15th June 2023, EXPO XXI, Prądzyńskiego St. 12/14, Warsaw).
The Expo zone will include 4 scenes: Inspiration, Tech, Future Labs, Career, 150 lectures by experts and leaders of the technology industry, 60 Leading partners from the TECH & IT industry,12 thematic events, career, mentoring, and networking space. Having an in-person ticket you can also participate in “PreEvents” and “AfterEvents”.
You will also have access online to the event via the Swapcard platform and to recordings from the Main Stage and the Tech Stage for 3 months after the end of the Summit.
In-person ticket does not cover the cost of travel and accommodation.

5 I have an “online” ticket, can I participate in the event both on-site at EXPO XXI and online?

No, an “online” ticket entitles you only to participate online via the Swapcard platform.

6 What does the “online” ticket entitle me to?

The “online” ticket entitles you to participate online in the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit via the Swapcard platform. There will be online streaming from the Main Stage and Tech Stage. You will also get access to recordings from the Main Stage and the Tech Stage for 3 months after the end of the Summit. In the Swapcard platform, you will also get access to career expo and job board.

7 How to get to EXPO XXI?

We encourage you to use public transport or a bicycle. There will be bicycle stations in front of the building. Full information about ways to reach EXPO XXI can be found on the EXPO XXI website: https://expoxxi.pl/routing

8 Do I need to print the ticket?

No, in fact, we encourage you to bring an electronic ticket. Let us reduce unnecessary printing.

9 I have a problem with an invoice - who should I contact?

10 What if I did not have time to purchase a place at a workshop via the Internet? Can I do it on-site?

No, workshops can only be bought prior to the event via the internet. The number of places at workshops is limited.

11 Can two persons enter using one ticket (one on the first day and the other on the second)?

No, the tickets are assigned to one person and cannot be exchanged.

12 Is volunteering at Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit only for women?

Of course not! The conference is open to all interested parties. If you want to participate in the event as a volunteer - let us know!

13 Do I need to know Polish to be a volunteer?

Being a Summit volunteer is a very intense task during which communication with Polish participants and Polish-speaking volunteers is important. In order to efficiently and quickly exchange information in the voluntary working group, we communicate in Polish, so it is important that you understand the language and be able to use it freely. Knowledge of the English language will also be important.

14 Does my ticket include food?

No, food is not included in the ticket. You will be able to buy them during the event in special zones inside the EXPO XXI and in food trucks which will be placed outside. As we try to be climate neutral the food will be vegan only.
