Anna Liwska

After short adventure in flight industry, Anna joined NatWest Group almost 15 years ago. 7 years in Financial Crime prevention resulted in building network, knowledge of regulated financial institutions and experience of leading people in Warsaw and Belfast Office. And now, after career change, Anna is exploring processes, systems, new change initiatives, organising events (e.g. online hackathon) as a Business Analyst in Change Management area. Is also Communication Lead of NatWest Women Network in Poland. Her special interests are innovations with Distributed Ledger Technology, ways of value transfer in regulated and decentralised finance. Curiosity led her education through STEM studies to studying Blockchain technology from IT Management perspective.

Mum of 2 boys, striving with her partner to support them in fascinating live experiences and still invest in her own development, despite everyday challenges. Loves music, from singing J.S. Bach masterpieces with Choir to focusing on work while listening to Tool.
