Katarzyna as the Head of Competence Centre IT Service Operations is in charge of managing, maintaining and attracting new talent to the Orsted IT organization. 

She is an optimist, active life and sports enthusiast, people and business result focused leader, passionate about constant growth, achieving ambitious plans, getting outside your comfort zone for continuous learning and discovering people’s full potential. 

Katarzyna possesses extensive business background gained in Scandinavian IT/Telco companies, Defence/Military sector as well as British-American Market Research and Intelligence Consultancy. With 15+ professional experience, she was leading strategic Regional IT Program Implementations ensuring top class IT Service Delivery for Key Accounts.

She is a Warsaw University of Technology as well as NHL in the Netherlands graduate. 

Katarzyna speaks English, German, Spanish and Polish.
