Dariusz Dajszczyk

With 18 years’ experience in financial, retail, and technology institutions, Darek leads Hitachi Vantara’s global IT Employee Support Organization, as well as overseeing the growing Krakow IT Delivery Centre, being accountable for strategy, implementation and driving activities to improve his team’s productivity, efficiency and innovation. 

A passionate advocate for Hitachi, Darek has been shaping our IT Brand in the local community for many years, driving awareness, sharing insight into our work, career opportunities and the many wonderful employees we have.  A champion for identifying, developing, and coaching talent, Darek loves nothing more than motivating the team, encouraging collaboration and is always happy and ready to help support our people.

Outside of work Darek is a champion for education, Lecturing and Training students, he works with Cracow University of Economics and the Freenovation organization – sharing his knowledge and helping future leaders develop their skills. Continuing his executive education, he is currently studying with the Chief Information Officer certification program at Carnegie Mellon University, after completing his MBA.
