Kamila Wosińska

She is the Head of Global ESG/CSR Governance at GFT Technologies with over 15 years of experience in managing people, and planning and implementing business strategies in various sectors including IT, SSC, finance, banking, and consulting.

Since 2020, she's been integrating ESG aspects into GFT Group's business strategy, helping the organization shape the digital future responsibly, and promoting sustainable and socially responsible growth. She's an expert in change implementation and constructing effective organizational structures.

An enthusiast of talent-based people management, Kamila is also a motivational conference speaker, twice nominated for Annual Speaker Awards by the Women Tech Global Conference network. She's an accredited business coach and mentor, particularly supporting women in career development and business empowerment.

Kamila initiated and created a unique postgraduate program 'GFT & GOOGLE CLOUD - CLOUD SOLUTIONS IN PRACTICE' at Kozminski University.
