Karolina Sajkowska

Karolina holds a Master Degree in Humanities from the University of Wroclaw and Certificate in Business & Economics from
Economic University in Wroclaw

From 2001 until 2006 she worked in the automotive industry, focusing on supplier evaluation and introduction for GKN
Automotive.

Karolina joined Electrolux in 2006 and she held a series of progressive leadership roles in Supplier Quality , supporting supplier
evaluation and selection, supplier process improvement and development. Setting vision of SQ in order to deliver the KPIs. She is
based in Olawa, Poland.

She has got over 20 years of experience in developing supplier production processes and prevention activities to assure good
quality.

Karolina has got experience as well in leading and inspiring people.

In her free time she likes cooking and reading. Travelling and exploring other cultures.
