I am Senior IT Business Analyst with over 9 years of professional experience gained during the development of IT systems. I have a strong background in project management and customer relations.I have experience in all phases of the development cycle – from analysis and design through implementation up to testing, project management, and technical support. I have experience working in international, geographically dispersed projects, Health Care Industry, the Insurance Industry and in Banking industry (FTP domain).
On a daily basis, I support development teams in their work; I ensure good relations between business, development teams, stakeholders and management at all levels. I believe that conversation, trust and continuous improvement are the keys to success.
