Agnieszka Jonakowska

With 17 years of experience in 3M, Agnieszka has honed skills in various areas. She excels in leading multi-functional and cross-regional teams during project management, also as certified Six Sigma Black Belt. She has strong background in: strategy planning, pricing strategy and management, product launching / programs deployments, logistics processes improvement or business transformation for sustainable growth. Currently she is actively engaged in developing  Sales Channel to achieve exceptional results in deploying marketing campaigns by using different eCommerce tactics, promotions, incentive programs, events, marketing communication and content. She is also leading Training Program for our Channel, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel their sales.

Her adaptability enables her to excel in dynamic environments. Overall, she brings a diverse skill set and a passion for achieving results to any organization.

She likes to spend her free time with her family and friends. She loves logic games and puzzles, baking and decorating cakes and gingerbreads, and reading crime books.
