Joanna Knast

Joanna Knast is a psychologist with many years of marketing and training practice in the following sectors: fintech, e-commerce, foundations and advertising agencies.

Associated with Lazarski University of Technology as a Strategic Partnership Development Manager and as a supervisor of communication-related programs. She passionately develops her business and psychological skills by sharing her knowledge. She has experience in project management, cooperation with partners, implementation of marketing strategies and marketing automation.

In training programs, she combines current psychological, business and technological knowledge. Joanna puts special emphasis on the possibility of using individual competences, building a sense of agency and internal motivation, coping with stress and communication in teams.
