Jarek Dąbrowski

Regional Technology Senior Director, Member of the Board IGT Poland.

He manages over 300 people in the company's technology centre in Warsaw, where more than 25% of all employees are women.

Responsible for technological deliveries and implementation of IGT lottery systems for customers in Eastern and Central Europe.

For many years, he has been initiating and actively supporting projects aimed at equal opportunities for men and women on the labour market, especially in the IT industry. He is the initiator of programs in the field of Diversity & Inclusion and acted as a mentor in many internship programs for women.

In 2016, he was awarded the title of "Mister STEM" by the "Perspektywy" Foundation for consistently supporting women in IT.

In his free time, he indulges in the passion of photographing planes (plane spotting).
