Katarzyna Józefowicz

Katarzyna Jozefowicz is the Senior Franchise Officer (SFO) & Head of People (HR) Poland covering Wroclaw & Warsaw for Credit Suisse.  

Kasia is responsible for business services delivered out of Poland, driving its strategic priorities. As People Head, she is responsible for delivering the workforce strategy & objectives. In addition, Kasia is a Trustee of the Credit Suisse EMEA Foundation, President of the Management Board, a senior sponsor of the Poland’s Women Network & the co-sponsor of the LGBT+ Ally Network.

Kasia joined Credit Suisse in 2015 as Head of Global Operations in Wroclaw, since 2017 served as Wroclaw SFO. In 2021, she was appointed SFO Poland.
Kasia held a number of business & finance leadership roles at Citibank. Prior to that, she worked in Fullerton Financial Holding, Rothmans of Pall Mall & Transearch Consulting Group, across various countries & continents.

Kasia holds a Master of Science & Engineer diploma from the Warsaw Life Science University, postgraduate diploma in Banking & Finance from the Warsaw School of Economics, Executive MBA from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Business & is a qualified chartered accountant & a fellow member of ACCA.
