Łukasz Kupiec

Łukasz Kupiec is an experienced professional in Communication field, including Internal & External Communication (Manufacturing & Technology environments), Employee Engagement, I&D, CSR, Change Management. He joined the HSBC team in 2021 as a Communications, Engagement and Agile transformation lead for one of the Global Technology functions. He is also co-leading the LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group for the Polish HSBC entities. Łukasz is also engaged into local (Kraków) Queer community initiatives as the secretary of the Equality Signs Federation Audit Committee.

 Łukasz is Polish, born in Opolian Silesia, living in Kraków. He graduated with a degree in Philosophy from Jagiellonian University in Kraków – which, as he is saying, occurred to be very useful in a Technology organization! He is a big fan of international cinema, especially Queer-themed.
