Ewa Fijołek

Ewa Fijołek is an Engineering Leader with broad experience in Software Engineering, Product Management, and cybersecurity. She has 12+ years of experience in tech leadership roles with a demonstrated history of building empowered, high-performing and self-improving autonomous teams. She is skilled in Organisation Scaling, Agile Methodologies, Process Design, Mentoring and Coaching. I’m a BIG fan of Lean Software Development and a process-oriented Kaizen practitioner. I hold an MSc in Computer Science from The University of Warsaw.

Besides 20+ years of software engineering experience, Ewa is a sailor, racing navigator, certified skipper, and sailing photographer.
