Michalina Krupa

Michalina is leading Automation and Performance Management agenda at Pandora since August 2021.

She has more than 10 years of experience with process optimization, standardization, automation and lean manufacturing.

Her favouritie projects delivered so far are:

1) State-of-the-art technology wearhouse at one of key soft-bevarages plants (all processes in the high-bay area were fully automated)​,

2) Automation Center of Excellence governance set-up and operationalization for more than 10 clients in various industries,

3) More than 250 processes automated so far using various RPA/ML/AI technologies (more than 40 delivered at Pandora!),

4) Set-up Performance Management Team at Pandora GBS,

5) Work in High Performing Team - not only as part of Pandora Management Team but also with her Automation & Performance Management Team.

Michalina's favourites areas at work are:

1) Hyperautomation,

2) ServiceNow and PowerBI,

3) Design Thinking and Innovation.

Privately, she loves spending time with her family, friends and cats. She reads around 100 books per year, travels a lot and loves costume movies. If you need inspiration with planning in advance - she has some tipis for you.
