Nataliya Kolosov

Nataliya is leading the SRE and Service Excellence team at Pandora, and brings over 15 years of experience in technology within world leading brands and Premier League football. She worked both in delivery of high traffic transactional applications and building digital service operations, from hands-on engineering to leading teams. She is passionate about empowering teams to build scalable, resilient and transparent services.

Originally from Ukraine, Nataliya has lived and worked in the UK, Germany, China and now Denmark as a part of diverse international teams distributed all over the world. She’s passionate about exploring new cultures and languages, having travelled to 57 countries and speaking seven languages.

Recently she spent four years in China building a high performing team in a unique and fast paced environment in one of the most digitally advanced countries, navigating a different culture and learning a lot from this fascinating journey.
