I started as Software Developer and progressed to Engineering Lead in biggest financial institution in Poland. Currently I am both Chapter Lead and Software Developer at Sportradar.

Except technical skills, I focus on communication skills and team development. I am very proactive and I like to help others to develop and build positive team spirit.
