Jolanta Nowak is HR Business Leader with an extensive international HR management experience. Jolanta started her career in HR over 15 years ago working for 500 Fortune companies, based in Edinburgh, London, Luxembourg and Poland. She held regional and global HR business partnering roles in hi -tech, pharmaceutical and industrial sectors; focusing on business transformation, driving inclusive culture, and building leadership maturity. Jolanta is a global citizen at heart with experience of living, studying and working in both West & East Europe.
Currently, Jolanta is leading HR at Cisco for Poland and Customer Experience Centers across EMEA.
Jolanta holds a Master of Science in Business Management with Human Resource Management from the Business School of Napier University in Edinburgh, Scotland.
