Olena Kolikhova

Olena is a Tech Enthusiast, passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship, an expert in new technologies for business. On daily basis Olena supports digital transformation in one of the EY companies in Poland, where she acts as a Technology Leader.

 

For over 7 years Olena worked in Microsoft as Head of Startups in Poland, where she advised tech companies in areas related to new technology and business development, as well as cooperated with C-Level executives of Polish and international corporations, supporting them in digital transformation.

Olena actively supports activities aimed at accelerating changes in the area of sustainability and environmental protection, as well as actively participates in numerous mentorship initiatives for startups and women in technologies. She conducts classes at the Lazarski University as part of the postgraduate studies "Law in the business of new technologies" and acts as a member of advisory board of Indie Games Poland Foundation.
