Laura Rodgers

Laura Rodgers is a senior data professional with extensive experience leading and developing high-performing global teams, with over 20 years of experience. Laura always had a passion for numbers and trying to find patterns, or the stories, in data. This led her to study Mathematics at Strathclyde University. Upon achieving her degree she undertook a post graduate diploma in Systems Analysis and Design.

Laura began her career in the Financial services industry, as a data engineer/front end developer, and progressed her career at NatWest, and has established a track record of creating, scaling, and delivering solutions that drive change and add business value through the combination of data, technology, and people.

Her current role is the Head of Performance Insights for NatWest Group, where she leads a team of 160 data professionals globally.

Laura has been recognised for her work on gender and neurodiversity initiatives. In her role, she increased the female representation in the team from 17% to 36% and her team won the Financial Times diversity initiative in 2020. In 2022 Laura was named the NatWest Diversity Champion and was recognised by the Financial Times Diversity Awards.
