Monika is an academic lecturer and researcher specializing in socialization processes within families. Her work focuses on addressing social inequalities, particularly those related to gender. Author and co-author of over 50 articles and several books in the field of sociology of education. She holds a PhD in the same field.

Principal Investigator of the research project 'Women in intimate relationships: an empirical-critical study' funded by the Polish National Science Centre (2011/01/D/HS6/02470).

With extensive experience as a trainer, mentor, and coach, she has collaborated with numerous institutions and organizations in the public, private, and NGO sectors to deliver training, workshops, and coaching/mentoring processes.
