Anna Kulakowska is an experienced Software Delivery Manager with a strong background in the IT industry. Currently working at Amazon as an SDM of operational (devOps) Teams in Ring Amazon, Anna has successfully built two independent, multicultural, and international teams capable of providing operational support, firmware rollouts, improving CI pipelines, and offering self-services to development teams. Despite working fully remotely, Anna has effectively implemented new processes and enforced them to enhance team productivity.
