Marcin Myśliwczyk

Hi, I'm Marcin Myśliwczyk. For as long as I can remember, I've dreamt of working in new technologies.

In 2004, as a fresh graduate in Political Science, I started my first job in customer service. After 4 years, I never thought I would be able to escape!

Today, 20 years later, I lead the Polish branch of a Norwegian IT consulting company - UNICUS, where I help neurodiverse individuals fulfill their dreams of changing their everyday lives and starting a professional adventure in the IT industry.

We recruit, train, and employ adults on the autism spectrum for lifelong careers in technology. Many of our consultants have achieved higher education or work experience in computer sciences, mathematics, and IT, but have struggled to adapt to traditional work environments. Unicus’s team members are assigned to client projects in software development, data analysis, quality assurance and testing, automation engineering, and more.
