Cecelia Redding

Cecelia is a Sr Engineering Manager at Splunk, based out of Seattle, and has been at Splunk for over 8 years. She started her career at Splunk as a software engineer, and after 3 years transitioned moved into the management space.  Cecelia has always had a continuous goal to push Splunk into delivering new and exciting products, which can be seen through her career working on critical customer journeys. She was one of the initial managers that helped establish key multi-tenant Splunk Cloud Services (such as Identity and Access Management) and then used those services to lead a multi-team effort to launch a new hybrid product called Splunk Assist. She is now managing multiple teams under the Admin Experience area, across both Splunk Cloud and Customer Managed Platforms, solving key Monitoring and Management use cases.In her free time, you can find Cecelia at a Kraken game during the hockey season, playing Ultimate Frisbee during the summer, or building her collection of custom-made cosplay outfits. Some of her other Million Data Points include originally being from Canada, having traveled to over 30+ countries worldwide, and promoting the best holiday of the year - Halloween!
