Karolina Jemielita

Karolina Jemielita is a Lean & Operations Leader in GE Vernova.

She has a Master’s Degree from Mechatronics – Warsaw University of Technology and postgraduate study Business Intelligence – Warsaw School of Economics. Before GE she worked in medical companies. She joined GE in 2011 as a Quality engineer and ISO certified auditor. She moved to the role of Team Leader of Quality team then her role broaden to Quality and Operations Team Leader. After few years she moved to Operations and Lean Leader role. She is also Leader of Women’s Network in Warsaw office.
