Dorota Namysłowska

Dorota is person who can fully understand human needs and help to incorporate them into company requirements. Many years of experience in people function areas at the international companies allowed her to support a lot of professional careers. Her current position is People Business Partner for Poland, Czech and Slovakia at Ericsson. She is passionate about talent development, coaching and building the inclusive culture. Dorota cares to make an extra mile which extends beyond her work, especially in the area of support for animal rights and actively work as a volunteer for animal shelters.
