Blanka Fijołek is an Employer Branding Program Manager in Amazon Development Center Poland, working at Amazon since 2019. Blanka’s expertise in the field of Employer Branding helps Amazon attract employees that become the company’s advocates and proudly represent the company. Efforts of Blanka helped Amazon double the employee engagement in 2020 and create engaging ways to communicate the company’s CSR values such as diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). Passion for technology and communications has been driving Blanka through the 20 years of her professional experience in the field of public relations and communications. As an Employer Branding expert, she is focused on  activities that help Amazon Development Centers in Poland attract new engineering talent to create global products and services for Amazon’s customers.
