Agata Staniewska-Bolesta

Agata Staniewska-Bolesta is a manager with many years of experience and an expert in the areas of energy, environment and climate. She specializes in analyzing the political and legislative environment at the national and European level. She has been with Ørsted for four years. She was the first person employed in the offshore area in a Polish company of a Danish concern. She participated, among others in talks with PGE Baltica regarding partnership in the construction of two stages of the Baltica OWF, which ended with the signing of the contract on May 6, 2021 and the creation of joint venture companies with 50 percent participation of each party. She also participated in talks with ZE PAK finalized with the signing of a partnership agreement on March 8, 2021.

Prior to joining Ørsted, she held managerial positions at, among others: in the CEC Group and the Lewiatan Confederation. She is a graduate of Inter-Faculty Studies in Environmental Protection at the University of Warsaw. She also completed a course in climate change at the University of Melbourne.
