Tomasz Fafiński

Tomasz Fafiński is an experienced leader, with a strong background in the aviation industry, R&D, process and product development. As a Senior Program Manager for External Funding & Technology he is focused on advanced technology programs, external funding opportunities, business development as well as governmental & funding authority relations. What is more, he also works on influencing the future R&D funding streams & agendas to develop sustainable technologies for the aviation industry.

Tomasz graduated from the Military University of Technology with a Master of Science in Aviation Engineering. He joined GE Aerospace in 2007 and since then held multiple engineering & leadership roles within aerodynamics, anti-ice, design tools, and engine performance disciplines, focusing on NTI/NPI development, as well as product certification and service support. He also completed postgraduate studies in Intellectual Property law at the University of Warsaw.
