Hi, I'm Magda Jasianek and I always say that I’m a soft engineer:

On the one side

As a System Engineer with experience in various software environments, I’m creating system tests to ensure that the requirements of audio technology are met by customers, by developing testing tools that will facilitate the adoption of Dolby technologies for live content.

On the other side

As a Passionate Trainer for several years I have been sharing my knowledge in the training room with people of all ages, from children in kindergarten to university professors. I have training experience in the field of public speaking, developing creativity, conflict management, team building and project management detailing the Scrum and Agile methodologies.

I combined my both wolves and I graduated Project Management post-studies and I still develop myself in this area. For mentoring session I plan to use my technical and soft experience together and find the best way to talk about your personal development. 😃
