Leading two IT Departments in one of the Scandinavian Banks with the main focus on my employees, end user experience, high quality of delivery and improvements. My main goal is to create a place where people feel safe, empowered and motivated to grow, not only within my areas, but within the whole company. I am full of optimism and trust in people. I believe that everyone can make their dreams come true and reach their goals if they really want to. It is just a matter of hard work and motivation.

IT is for everyone, no matter what you have been doing so far. I am a good example. I have joined IT world a few years back moving from mechanical engineering. Working in different positions gave me better overview and understanding how to connect IT with Business needs.
