Karolina Ormaniec

Karolina is an experienced integrated marketing leader with strong record of achievements and many global marketing awards. Most recently she has been recognized with ‘The One to Watch 2022’ Global Women in Marketing Award.

In her current assignment as EMEA Integrated Marketing Experience Manager she leads a senior team of experts to deliver solutions at the level of a business group (6 divisions) across Europe, Middle East, and Africa at 3M.

Outside of regular work responsibilities, she has been chairing the 3M Worldwide Social & Culture Committee and enjoys participating in the volunteering projects.

Karolina holds an MA in Social Experimental Psychology from University of Warsaw, Warsaw International Studies in Psychology as well as a Digital Marketing Certificate from University of Vermont. She has extensive experience in integrated marketing and brings an interesting mix of local, area and global outlook as well as extensive stakeholder management experience across functions and pillars.

Beyond her professional interests, Karolina is passionate about trekking, travelling, and exploring cultures and traditions.
