Radek Kaskiewicz

Radek Kaskiewicz is a manager with 25 years of experience in marketing and international teams management.

Currently he holds a position of Vice President and Managing Director 3M East Europe & Middle East Africa Region, being responsible for managing and building the reputation of the 3M brand in the region. 

Radek joined 3M in 1995. From that moment on, he held various roles within the local, European, and global structures of the company. In 2004–2007 he was a Global Market Development Leader of the 3M Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division in St. Paul, USA. After returning to Europe he was the Head of the Industrial and Energy-Electronics Business Groups  in Poland, and then the Managing Director of 3M former Central Europe Region.

Radek is a graduate of the Electronics Faculty of the Warsaw University of Technology and the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He is fluent in Polish, English and Russian.

In his daily work, Radek focuses on creating an ethical organizational culture. 

Radek is passionate about photography, traveling and learning about other cultures.
