Michał Tęcza

He is a trainer with over ten years of experience, facilitator, specialist in the field of psychological help and crisis intervention. He works as a group trainer focusing on issues of communication, human rights, inclusivity, equality and diversity. He has been involved in helping minorities like people with disabilities, LGBT+ people, national and ethnic minorities cooperating in this area with NGOs from Poland and abroad. He is project coordinator at Projekt: Polska.
