Anna Ploch

I graduated Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Production Engineering in the specialization of information systems management. Nevertheless, I found my passion in project management, and I led my professional career in that direction, strengthening it by completing postgraduate studies in Project Management at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Over 17 years of work in the implementation projects in IT, comprehensive platforms of IT and telco industry, both in international teams and transition projects.

Learning methodologies and obtaining certificates (PMBOK, Prince, others) is important to learn the way tools works, techniques, patterns, and routines in order to develop the joy of running a project and the work you do. At the very beginning.  Cooperation, successes, failures, doubt, speed of shaking off and looking for solutions, self-awareness of one's limitations are priceless experiences gained over the years and succeed in thoughtful action, listening to the team and drawing conclusions. I want to show you this enthusiasm, energy, and humility.
