Kate Baldwin

Kate is the Director for SP Networking and Collaboration teams in Cisco's world class Technical Services (TAC) team. Prior to making the leap to Customer Delivery leadership, Kate spent 6 years in Webex Technical Support, leading the Training, Support Readiness and Technical Leadership community. 

In her 12+ years at Cisco she has held a diverse set of roles across operations, strategic program management, IT, customer experience, learning and HR. 

An outspoken advocate for women in technology, Kate is a leader within Cisco's Women in Science & Engineering (WISE) employee group in addition to her contributions to industry organization, Triangle Women in STEM. One of her lifetime highlights was being selected as an Olympic Torch Bearer at the 2016 Rio Olympics, in recognition of her contributions to growing girls interest in tech careers. 

A Maine native who now calls Raleigh, North Carolina home,Kate holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Xavier University and an MBA from Duke's Fuqua School of Business. Outside of work, you’ll catch her on the golf course or on a plane –she loves to travel with her fiancé Bill, and has been to 20 different countries and 5 continents.
