Agata Floriańczyk

Agata Floriańczyk is the Lean Operations Leader for Production Technologies at GE Aerospace. She graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology with BSc in Aerospace Engineering and MSc in Mechanical Engineering. She also completed the Executive MBA program at Rotterdam School of Management. Agata started her career in 2011 at GE Power, while still being a university student. She worked in an international team designing heavy duty gas turbines back then. Since 2015, she has been with GE Aviation, taking various technical, leadership and operations roles supporting field, services, and manufacturing of turbofan engines. In 2022, she was recognized with the Women in Technology Award for demonstrating technical excellence, delivering customer impact, and promoting organizational citizenship.
