Maja Szafrańska

Maja has been working as a programmer since she acquired her Engineer’s degree in Informatics in 2017. While at the university and in her early career, she started in .NET, and moved to Java in 2018. Maja has been taking part in several projects at Netcompany, mostly Java-based. Her main areas of focus are design and feature development, as well as code bug-fixing - both in the build phase and in production. Maja has been a senior consultant and a mentor since 2020, she finds the role very rewarding. Currently, she is a mentor to five colleagues, some of whom recently became seniors themselves.
