Wioleta Borysewicz-Trąd

Senior Consultant working for Netcompany for almost six years. She graduated from the University of Warsaw with a master’s degree in computer science. She has many years of experience as a frontend and backend developer working with different technologies, mostly from .NET stack. Working at Netcompany allowed her to develop leadership and presentation skills, as well as practice creative thinking and teamwork in solving technical problems. For almost 2 years she has been responsible for managing teams, with a focus on leading with a structured and respectful approach. She also helps team members resolve and handle issues. Wioleta is highly focused on delivering tailor-made solutions and actively participates in clarification workshops with clients.
