Ignacy Slusarczyk

Graduated from EiTI department at Warsaw University of Technology with a masters’ degree in Computer Science. During my university times I have been an active member of NZS (Independent Students’ Association) and I have also taken part in Erasmus exchange program in Canary Islands. While working towards my masters’ degree I got internship at Facebook where I moved to a full-time position in Dublin just after graduation (and 4 months of holidays during which I have been backpacking South-East Asia). I have been in Facebook for almost 5 years during which I grew form an intern position to a senior one and for the past 2 years I have been based in our headquarters in California where I currently live. Most of my career I have been a Full-Stack developer around the area of Datacenters and Infrastructure and I had a pleasure to be an intern manager as well as a mentor during various mentoring programs (including IT for SHE program in 2019). In my free time I try to experience everything that California (& USA) has to offer. I am a huge fan of nature, personal finances, cooking and all the various sports (surfing, triathlon, snowboarding).
