Magdalena Kuźniarz

Magdalena Kuźniarz is an IT Communications Specialist with a kaleidoscope of experience in design, user experience and program management.

Dedicated to help female technologists thrive, she manages PMI IT’s Women in Tech employee resource group actions, coordinates the monthly meetups, and engages with the panel of speakers. Her empathy, listening skills and can-do attitude make her one of the key figures of the diversity and inclusion landscape of the Information Technology department.

Passionate about UX, accessibility and user interface design, Magda looks forward to co-hosting the Philip Morris "Designing apps users want and love" workshop during the 2023 Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit. She hopes to inspire female peers to consider a career in the UX domain, thus contribute to the future development of products that better reflect the world’s diversity.
