Amy Moloney

Amy enables and equips leaders to drive initiatives and programs that foster a culture of inclusion and collaboration at Cisco. 

Amy has over 25 years industry experience having worked in multibillion dollar global businesses and start up environments. She joined Cisco in 2018 as an Executive Assistant. Her passion around Inclusive Communities and Volunteering lead to her current role as a lead for Diversity Equity and Inclusion. She is an advocate of diverse talent, driving awareness and leading activities and initiatives focused on enabling an inclusive culture.

Amy co-leads the EMEA WISE Cisco employee resource group and is a also a member of Women of Cisco in the UK and the Cisco Disability Action Network (CDAN) in EMEA. 

Amy lives in the United Kingdom with her family. Outside of work she enjoys photography, gardening and is a passionate volunteer in a schools’ literacy program and girls’ sports.
