Zhuang Kang

Zhuang stepped into the tech industry in 2016, after 2 years of working as a network administrator, he joined Cisco Meraki Shanghai in 2018 as a Technical Support Engineer. He helped customers in China to deploy and to troubleshoot their Meraki solutions. After 2.5 years at the support organization in Cisco Meraki, Zhuang changed his role to a technical trainer in Greater China and delivered CMNA & ECMS training to Cisco Meraki partners and customers.

At the beginning of 2023, Zhuang had taken on a new challenge and moved to Cisco Meraki Poland as a Technical Support Team Lead. Zhuang is passionate about sharing his knowledge about Cisco Meraki cloud networking technology and he enjoys supporting Cisco Meraki customers, his team members and anyone who is interested in Cisco Meraki solutions.
