Wiktoria Gromowa-Cieslik

Wiktoria is a tech lead with more than 10 years of experience in IT and within the area of finance. Her career path has progressed from analyst to director, and she’s led various teams of specialists while applying her mathematical background and passion for technology.

She has worked for large international banks, led technology streams inside and outside companies, provided support for women in their technology learning journeys,  and has gathered experts to develop innovative solutions for processes optimization, data models implementation, improvement systems, and data architectures. She is now working on cloud-based solutions.

She is devoted leader, mentor, open-minded technologist. One who constantly learns new things, Wiktoria shares her experience and turns ideas into deliverables. Mathematicians are often good musicians, and she is a perfect example – privately she sings operetta and plays piano.
