Ewelina Danowska-Grabowska

Ewelina Danowska Grabowska is leading Learning Services organization in Market Area Europe and Latin America at Ericsson.  Responsible for managing a performance-driven and cross-functional organization, across multiple customers, countries, cultures and levels of maturity with more than 15 years of experience in competence management at telecommunication sector, (where she combines the worlds of education, digitization and business). Driving sales and management of the largest Learning IT projects in Europe using the blended training approach adapted to changing market demand in 5G, AI, Virtual Reality. 

Ewelina is introducing a pioneering solution to the global market - Learning in the Metaverse. Promoting the need for constant upskilling, reskilling and continues self-education as the response to the changing market needs affected by the Automation and Artificial Intelligence.

Awarded as one of the Top 15 Women in 5G in Poland in 2020 for fighting misinformation and lack of knowledge about 5G technology.

Master’s Degree at the Faculty of International Relationship (Economic studies) at the University of Łódź and Marketing (Managing Customer Relationships) at Warsaw School of Economics.
