Dr Dominika Urbańska-Galanciak, director of the Association of Entertainment Software Developers and Distributors, deals with, among others, the promotion of responsible use of video games and their use in education. Author of the book "Homo player. Styles of reception of computer games", member of the program council of the Games Research Association of Poland.  Member of the board of Pan European Games Information, and since 2019 of the Advisory Committee of the Polish Centre for the Safer Internet Program. Coordinator of the Postgraduate Studies at Academy of Applied Sciences: Games and gamification in education. Innovations in pedagogy. Ambassador of Women in Games and organizer or participant of industry events promoting such values as diversity, equality and inclusive culture. Privately, a mother of two gamers, enthusiast of VR, sci-fi movies, video and board games and a cat lover.
