Co-founder of Polish Gamers Observatory (PGO), an organization delivering comprehensive research on gamers and publishing industry reports. Since 2014, PGO has consistently provided valuable insights through reports such as Polish Gamers, Polish Gamers KIDS. With over 14 years of experience, she possesses expertise in key areas, including product strategy, product development, pricing, and monetization, with a specific focus on premium and free-to-play business models. She also offers consulting services to companies in the web 3.0 sector, (i.ex. Legend of Elysium). Patrycja has collaborated with more than 40 global video game producers, technology and financial companies. Patrycja also holds the position of Head of Product at KCDO, a Climate Tech company that allows her to combine her expertise in product strategy with her interest in addressing climate challenges.
