Galina Manokha

Galina is a Product Owner for DevOps and Buildchain IT team at UBS. With more than 10 years of experience in Financial and FinTech areas, her passion lies in establishing and developing high-performing teams that make change happen, and she is a strong believer in strengths-based culture, teamwork and open communication. Her Team is currently working on migration of the old UBS “on-premise” services to Azure Cloud.

Before taking the Product Owner role, Galina set up from scratch a clear and fully working Release process within the Crew, so all 100+ applications can have smooth delivery to Production. And she loves to apply her skills to Team coordination, Strategy planning, Roadmaps building and People management.

Galina holds the Master's degree in Banking Business from Odessa National Economics University.
