Olga Wizny

Olga is the Director of Test Automation in Structured Product and Solutions at UBS Investment Banking, where she oversees the development and implementation of test automation strategies and processes. She has over 18 years of experience in the industry.

After finishing Electronics and Telecommunications at the technical University of Szczecin, her career began as a consultant in the telecom industry. Later, she became an automation tester and the leader of a globally distributed team, taking care of development and testing in one of the global distribution systems (GDS).

Olga joined UBS in 2021. Along with her daily duties around improving the processes, tools and increasing the test automation coverage, she is engaged in many initiatives related with promoting and supporting women. She is a mentor and servant leadership believer. Olga is also respected for her ability to manage teams and ensure that they are motivated, engaged and productive. She has a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams that consistently deliver high-quality results.
