Piotr Paczocha

Piotr Paczocha has over 20 years of experience in engineering, focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM), security and cloud technologies. Piotr held various roles at Accenture and Microsoft, before joining Goldman Sachs in 2016 where he leads Warsaw IAM within Core Engineering.

Actively involved in campus recruitment initiatives and co-heads Recruitment and Branding pillar of Warsaw Women’s Network coordinating firm’s partnership with Perspektywy Education Foundation and involvement in initiatives like IT for SHE and Women in Tech Summit conference.

Outside of work Piotr enjoys traveling, playing board and video games, keeps track of progress in space exploration and all of that with his daughter Zuza.
